To: Solheim Employees, Residents, Family Members and Stakeholders
From: Sam Oden, CEO of Solheim Senior Community
We had a fantastic Team Member Appreciation Week! Each day featured a themed dress-up opportunity paired with a special treat, meal, or event designed to bring fun and connection to the workday. These daily celebrations added cheer and gave us a chance to express our heartfelt appreciation for the incredible staff who make Solheim such a caring and vibrant place to live and work.
A sincere thank you to everyone who donated in support of this special week. Your generosity is truly making a difference, and we are deeply grateful. If you’d like to express your personal thanks, one easy and meaningful way to do so is by filling out a “Solheim Feeling” employee recognition form. These forms are available at any nursing station, the front desk, or online at www.solheimsenior.org/employee-recognition.
As shared during our recent Resident Town Hall, we’re excited to enhance our Resident Referral Program. If you refer someone who moves into Solheim, both you and your friend will receive $1,500 off your rent. It’s a wonderful way to help grow our community with people you know and love—and be rewarded for it! For more information, please contact Emily Pierce, our Sales Counselor, at mailto:epierce@solheimsenior.orgor reach out through the front desk.
We also want to remind everyone of the importance of submitting Work Orders for any maintenance or support needs. For non-urgent requests, Work Order forms are available at the Front Desk and Nursing Stations. Our team aims to address all requests within 72 hours. For emergencies—such as leaks or overflowing sinks—please report them immediately so we can respond promptly.
There’s so much happening this month, and we encourage everyone to stay connected. Be sure to check your monthly, weekly, and daily calendars for the full lineup of activities and events. Don’t forget to tune in to Channel 1390, our in-house TV station, for real-time updates. May is full of opportunities to engage, connect, and celebrate together!
All staff in our Skilled Nursing Campus must wear a well-fitting, high-quality mask or higher-level respirator. Visitors to our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) are required to wear a mask and will be offered a COVID-19 antigen test before entry.
