Memory Care Facilities Los Angeles at Solheim is nothing less than a “neighborhood within a neighborhood”!
Featuring a large and bright solarium, two dining rooms (to accommodate different needs), brightly lit walking paths, well-appointed lounges with soothing music, quiet areas for rest and relaxation, and a pervasive sense of “home,” Memory Care at Solheim offers advanced memory care assisted living care. Along with a completely personalized health plan, around-the-clock supervision, medication management, an appropriate daily calendar of offerings, caring staff, assistance with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting, our "helping hands" are always ready to guide and direct. The moderate fees for Memory Care are all-inclusive, and available under either a Life Plan Agreement or Monthly Agreement.
